Welcome to the Nourished wiki!
Nourished is a nutrition mod for NeoForge 1.21.1. It tracks five core nutrient groups, rewards dietary variety, and automatically classifies food from vanilla and modded content.
Nourished is built on MariesLib, which provides its underlying classification and tracking framework. MariesLib 0.1.1-beta.5 or later is required; most launchers will resolve this dependency automatically.
